Berne 2.0
A village plans a new beginning!
For more than 40 years, the federeal highway B212 has been leading through the town ans fueled
the discussion about a bypass.
After the shops and handcraft businesses gave up this place on the street over the years and
settled in a new local supply center in fromt of it, a bypass was built.
The municipality has decided to reactivate the old town center and the first urban planning
measures are being planned unter the slogan Berne 2.0
The series of photos separates the buildings along the narrow thoroughfare and hides the
